At EchoVentures, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund

You must notify us of your intention to return goods within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Once your return request is acknowledged, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to return your order.
How to Return an Item

Request a Return
Please submit a return request using our [Return Form] (or state where it's located). -
Return Address
All items must be returned to our main distribution warehouse.
Returns sent to our head office will not be accepted. -
Return Process & Collection
Once we receive your return request, we will contact you to arrange the return or collection.
Any return-related shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. -
Own Courier Option
If using your own delivery service is determined to be the most cost-effective method, we may ask you to proceed with that option. -
Condition of Goods
Only complete boxes of tiles in a saleable condition may be returned. -
Delivery Charges
Any original delivery charges will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount. -
Refund Timeline
Once the returned goods are received, we will inspect them.
Refunds are treated as a priority, but processing may take up to 14 days depending on the circumstances.
Additionally, refunds issued to credit/debit cards may take an additional 3–5 working days to appear on your statement. -
